Recorder

Lyric's latest addition is a built-in recorder that allows you to perform and attach recordings to specific parts of your lyrics. This powerful tool ensures clarity, helping you easily match recordings with their respective verses.

Rhyme Matching

Lyric automatically examines your lyrics for rhymes, accurately color-coding them upon completion. Additional features include adjusting the rhyme sensitivity to include near rhymes and focusing on words at the end of each line.

Syllable Counter

The syllable counter accurately tracks the syllable count of each line in your lyrics. Displayed on the left side of the screen, this feature aids in maintaining rhythm. In measure mode, a syllable counter for each quarter measure helps you achieve even lyric distribution or experiment with unique syllable patterns.

Measure Mode

Measure mode allows you to divide your lyrics into quarter measures, specifically useful for lyric recitation. It synchronizes with a metronome that moves along the quarter measures based on your specified BPM (beats per minute), making it easier to practice your lyrics.

Word Lookup

Lyric includes a convenient word lookup feature that enables you to search for rhymes and near rhymes of words you've already used or explore synonyms and definitions when struggling to find the perfect word. The search results appear in a movable tab, ensuring you can seamlessly work on your lyrics while viewing the outcomes.

Metronome

The metronome allows you to select and synchronize the BPMs with both the application's background and the quarter measures (when in measure mode). Use it as an auditory or visual reference to maintain tempo.

Lyric also incorporates a built-in notepad that appears as a movable tab on the screen, providing a clutter-free space to jot down any lyric-related information without interfering with your actual lyrics.
